➼ all my payment is through paypal or ko-fi. i take full payment upon sketch approval. if you would like a different payment plan, we can discuss this. i will not continue working on the commission until i am paid.
➼ regarding changes: at the sketch phase, you can literally ask for any changes at no extra charge! you can nitpick, you can redline, you can ask me to start all over, anything. once i get approval for the sketch, i can't guarantee large changes will be free, though small changes are usually fine. so ask for all the changes you want when i send the sketch. i would rather you be satisfied with the finished product^^
➼ you may paint/draw over my wips to show me what changes to make! i don't really mind, especially if you're having a hard time describing with words.
➼ I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission without the need to state a reason. I will issue a full refund, should I not be able to finish your commission. I will NOT issue a refund if the client decides to give up on the commission mid-work.
➼ My commissions are for personal use only. Please contact me to discuss commercial use.
➼ my artwork may not be used as an nft or used to train ai.
➼ you may not edit commissioned art yourself outside of crop/resize/filter.
➼ Please credit my toyhouse if you upload on there. Otherwise, you may credit my instagram or twitter.
